Refund & Deposit Policy
Thank you for choosing Cottage Charm Bakery. We are a home-based bakery and carefully plan each order around available time and ingredients. To help us continue providing the quality you expect, please review the following policies:
Order Payment & Deposits
All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
Pick-Up Timing
Same-day or next-day pick-up may be available depending on our schedule. We encourage customers to choose a later pick-up date whenever possible so we can best accommodate your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel your order at least 24 full hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full 100% refund (including the deposit).
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the 50% deposit will be retained.
We prepare fresh ingredients and dedicate time specifically for your order. Late cancellations result in costs we are unable to recover. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Pick up only. Sorry, no cash. Cottage Charm Bakery is a cottage food kitchen. We are located in Armuchee. Once payment has been completed our address will be texted to you. This location is not a store front, it is our home, and for that reason our address is sent privately to my customers. Thank you for understanding.
